Deliveries

At Better Bed Company we take great pride and care in giving the best possible service in everything we do. This includes our delivery service from purchase to your bedroom we want to make your journey as easy as possible. What ever you acquire we will guide you through the process and keep you up to date on any changes that may a rise. 

Before we go any further everything on our site comes with  free delivery. 

Headboard Deliveries

With Headboard deliveries you have a few choices to make. We offer next day delivery headboards on selected items these are made clear on the site.

All packaging on headboards will come with either plastic or cardboard as to make sure the product comes to you with out damage.



Mattress Delivery

With most mattresses they will come on a 2 man delivery to the room of your choice. All mattresses will be wrapped in plastic bags that we will leave with you or take away to be recycled. Your item will be put into a room of your choice so we would be appreciative if you could get this room ready for the delivery men.

On most mattress deliveries you will be given a 2 hour time slot and be booked in a few days before delivery is taken place.



Delivery time scales differ depending on the brand you wish to purchase with. Better Bed Company only deal with the best brands so you can rest assured your in safe hands.

Bed Deliveries
 
Most Bed deliveries will be on a two man service. The Beds will be taken into your room of choice. These deliveries will take place between 7am and 8pm.



You will be booked in for delivery of any beds a few days before the delivery takes place.

Depending on if you have purchased multiple items you may need to take delivery of certain products on separate days

Next Day Delivery

On next day delivery products you will need to get your order in before 11:30 that gives us time to get things ready for your delivery to take place.

We offer free next delivery on selected items please see site and the selected items have been highlighted for you on the product pages as well as collection pages.

Next day delivery mattresses and beds are an important part of better bed company. We aim to offer this service to get you the products you want in the time scale that benefits you most. With next day mattresses you won't be given a time slot at order but some companies send you a text that night to give you a time slot. You should be called before delivery takes place at some point.

Pillows Delivery


Your pillows will be delivered by a one man usually but on some occasions you may get a two man delivery.

Next day pillows are a service we offer so take a look on the site as this will be stated in the pillows description page and also filters on the collections page

Mattress Protectors Deliveries 

Mattress protectors deliveries can come on a one man or two depending on the brand you choose.

Next day mattress protectors will be sent out if you can get your order in before 11:00 and these will be highlighted in the description and filters on the site

Duvets Delivery

Duvets delivery usually take place with one man delivery. They will usually take them inside the home for you.

Next day duvets will be specified on the description page and filters for you to choose from.

Bedroom Furniture Delivery




With Bedroom Furniture Delivery we take great care so a two man is usually standard. The companies we use are checked out before we add them to the site.

Next day bedroom furniture is a service we offer and this will be indicted in the collection filters and description pages so keep a look out.

We offer next day bed side tables, next day wardrobes, next day sofas and lots more selected furniture pieces.
