Questions and Answers
Is the Bedmaster Tennyson suitable for an ottoman bed base?
Yes, the Bedmaster Tennyson can work with all types of bed bases. Remember that the structure and design of the base may make a difference to the tension. If you place this mattress on a bow slatted or sprung base as opposed to a solid, this will provide a softer feel to the overall sleeping surface.
The Bedmaster Tennyson mattress would be best suited to a ventilated bed base. This will allow the natural fillings to breathe during every season. This mattress is a non-turn, so just rotate the mattress following the instructions in the packing; there should be a leaflet provided. Make sure to check the bed base on a regular occasion to check if there are any faults or defects, as this could void your Guarantee.
How long will the Bedmaster Tennyson Mattress last?
This mattress's lifespan is around 10 years. You would want to replace your mattress every 8 years; this is best practice for hygiene purposes. If you rotate this mattress, it's going to last longer, so this should be done on a regular basis. You should also purchase a mattress protector; this will affect the lifespan of the mattress and keep it clean.
What sizes does the Bedmaster Tennyson come in?
The Bedmaster Tennyson mattress comes in lots of different sizes so you're spoilt for choice. Starting with a non-standard size, which is a small single - 75cm x 190cm, this would be the perfect choice for smaller bedrooms, saving space for more furniture. There's also a double size 135cm x 190cm. This is the most common size in the UK today, perfect for 2 sleepers. The Bedmaster Tennyson mattress goes right up to super king size; this is the largest, with a width of 180cm and length of 200cm.
Make sure to measure your bedroom before you buy any mattress and bed. You want to make sure you can open doors on wardrobes and access chest of drawers. There are non-standard sizes like a small double, which could be a good option if you're struggling for space. Add the Bedmaster Tennyson mattress to the same size bed base; this is best practice and will provide the best surface possible for the sleepers.
