There's a top layer of memory foam that's going to react with the sleepers body heat and contour around positioning them into a healthy posture. There's no springs so you won't have anything sticking in your back in years to come. 20cm is just right for the depth of the mattress this shows quality and that your buying a good mattress. What's the guarantee on this mattress?
If there's any problems with in 1 year of purchase all you have to do is email us and we will either replace or pick the mattress up. There does have to be some tolerance when it comes to mattresses though as they do sink in the middle to a certain extent this is just normal. Yes the better touch memory foam mattress can be used all types of bases like ottoman beds and bed frames. Always make sure to have the memory foam side faced up and sleep on this side. The reflex foam side should go on the base, reflex foam is very supportive so this with with stand any style of bed base.
Make sure to check if you buy a slatted base that the slats are not too spread out as this could cause problems. The bed base should be in good condition if it has holes or is damaged this could bring a void to your mattresses Guarantee. Buy the same base size as the mattress this is for best practice you don't want to bend the mattress or crush into a tight space.
